Before a patient’s first visit, we ask them to not try anything "new" 24-hours prior to the appointment. We want to see our patients in their natural form, functioning as you would normally every day. This allows us to see how your body moves without any outside variables influencing your abilities or function.
We want to make your first visit is as comfortable, effective and succesful as you can imagine! Here are some important things to know:
-
1 WHAT TO BRING
All you will need to bring to your appointment is your license or ID, and your insurance card.
-
2 MEDICAL HISTORY
It's very important to be prepared to speak about your medical history, so Dr. Justin Lewis can factor in underlying conditions that may affect your symptoms.
-
3 CLOTHING / ATTIRE
You should also bring comfortable clothing, if you are coming from work or another appointment. Your clothing should allow for a full normal range of motion during an exam and treatment.
